MyPlus works with university staff to develop their expertise and knowledge
to support the 15% of students with disabilities at UK Universities
as they apply for jobs, internships and placements.
MyPlus works with institutions to build their understanding of the employment challenges facing students with disabilities and enable staff to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to improve employment outcomes for this cohort.
As a 'Disability Confident Leader' and leading expert in disability and recruitment MyPlus can help Universities more broadly if they are considering signing up to or progressing through the levels of the UK Government's Disability Confident Scheme. MyPlus offers a wide range of additional services which can be used by Universities to meet the commitments and criteria of the different levels.
