Established in 2006 we have worked with, and continue to work with, a variety of organisations including PWC, EY, Goldman Sachs, Shell and Herbert Smith Freehills. In addition, MyPlus works with students through their insight days and through the MyPlus Students’ Club website which provides specialist advice and resources to disabled students to enable them to successfully navigate the recruitment process.

MyPlus was founded, and continues to be lead, by Helen Cooke - an HR professional, disability consultant, trainer and speaker.

Recognised nationally as a leading expert in disability and graduate recruitment, Helen's unique approach stems largely from her wide-ranging experience, drawing on her commercial background, her HR expertise, as well as first-hand experience of disability. Helen uses a wheelchair as a result of a childhood spinal injury, and she uses her personal experiences to bring the subject alive and to help people to really understand the key issues.
